- ALICE Draft SOW Outline ALICE Draft SOW Appendix C ALICE Draft SOW Appendix B ALICE Draft SOW Appendix A ALICE Draft SOW This is modification 4 to the synopsis entitled AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE LOGISTICS INTEGRATION CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT AND ENGINEERING PROCUREMENT INDUSTRY DAY, solicitation NNJ16556087LA which was posted on December 23, 2015. You are notified of the following: •Per modification 3 of this announcement a Top Secret Security Facility Clearance was required for all offerors. The Facility Clearance requirement has changed from Top Secret to Secret. Please note that there is a potential after contract award for the contractor to obtain a Top Secret Facility Clearance. It is anticipated that all Offerors must have a Secret Clearance in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation clause 52.204-2, Security Requirements, NASA FAR Supplement (NFS) clause 1852.204-75, Security Classification Requirements. Offerors shall provide documentation of current Facility (Security) Clearance (FCL) with proposal. Additional information will be provided with the RFP. •The NASA Johnson Space Center anticipates that the ALICE procurement will be a Cost Reimbursement contract. Additionally, per FAR 16.301 (3) a contractor must maintain an adequate accounting system for contracts awarded on the basis of cost. •The Draft Statement of Work along with supplemental information have been posted the ALICE website. Potential offerors may ask questions and view the acquisition milestone schedule by visiting the ALICE website at www.http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/alice/. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
