Description

Richard L Roudebush (RLRVAMC) will be soliciting offers for BLS and ALS Ambulance Services. Contractor shall provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, transportation, equipment, materials and reports necessary to furnish 24 hours per day, 7 days per week Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Ambulance Service in Support of RLRVAMC in Indianapolis, IN. Request for Quote (VA-251-16-Q-0178) will be issued on or around April 18, 2016. Anticipated award date is June 1, 2016 for a period of one year with four one-year option periods to be exercised at the government's discretion. No telephone requests will be honored. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. If contractors submit questions, they are strongly encouraged to do so within seven calendar days after the issuance of the solicitation or three calendar days after the pre-proposal site visit. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking the web site for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the bid period. No individual notification of amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621910. The size standard is $15.0 million.
