- Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-74B. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Price quotations are being requested. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) is 454310: Size standard is 500 employees. A firm fixed price contract will be issued. All firms or individuals responding must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) via http://www.sam.gov This procurement is 100% small business set aside. This solicitation is for propane fuel tanks in accordance with the attached specifications. FOB Destination to various locations within the Superior National Forest, Northeast, MN.
