- The purpose of this amendment is to provide the responses to received questions relating to solicitation # CC16HQR0012 for A-123/Accounting Services. Please see attached. The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to received questions relating to solicitation # CC16HQR0012 for A-123/Accounting Services. ___________________________________________________________________ The purpose of this notification is to post the solicitation package for the OCC A-123/Accounting Services - CC16HQR0012-- Request for Proposals. ___________________________________________________________________ The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) anticipates conducting a competition under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 15, Contracting by Negotiation, for A-123/Accounting Services. The purpose of the A-123/Accounting Services is to provide the appropriate skills and expertise in General Accounting Support, General Audit Support, and help maintaining a robust Internal Control program that facilitates OCC's compliance with applicable rules, laws and regulations for the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and the Financial Management (FM) business unit. General Accounting, General Audit, and Internal Control Support require that a contractor possess a comprehensive financial, operational, and system-related capabilities rooted in a knowledge of federal regulations and statutory requirements for financial management. This acquisition will be a small business set-aside, specifically, Small Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The OCC anticipates making a single award. The procurement will have a one year base with four 12-month option periods. The estimated date of award will be no later than September 30, 2016. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal will be released on or about March 30, 2016.
