Please see attachment titled 'DTPH5616R00001 Q&As and Amendment #000001' for details. *** The proposal submission due date and time has been EXTENDED.*** *** Please send proposals via e ‐ mail to Ms. Mahua Mazumdar (mahua.mazumdar@dot.gov) with a copy to Mr. Warren Osterberg (warren.osterberg@dot.gov). Note that US DOT ‐ PHMSA has an e ‐ mail size limitation of 10 MB. The complete proposal must be sent in no more than 6 e ‐ mails. All e ‐ mails that comprise your proposal MUST be RECEIVED on or before Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at 12:30 PM, Eastern Time (ET). When submitting proposals, the body of you the e ‐ mail message MUST expressly state how many e ‐ mail messages make up your proposal submission.
