- Pre-Solicitation Only. This is for informational purposes. No Solicitation is currently provided. The Bureau of Reclamation in Mills Wyoming anticipates issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Janitorial service at the Miracle Mile Camping and Needle Valve Day Recreation Areas. General Information: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, supplies, equipment, and supervision to satisfactorily perform toilet janitorial and campground services for the Miracle Mile Camping and Needle Valve Day Recreation Areas. Procurement will be solicited competitively as a small business set aside. Reclamation anticipates a Firm, Fixed-Price contract award. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is no sooner than April 25, 2016. Close date to the RFQ is May 9, 2016 by 16:00 pm MST. Quotes can be mailed on or before May 9, 2016 to the Bureau of Reclamation, Attn: Tonya A. Pittsley, P.O. Box 1630 Mills WY 82644, or faxed to 307-261-5691, or e-mailed to tpittsley@usbr.gov. All responses should include the vendor's Duns and Bradstreet (DUNS) Number and Tax Identification Number (TIN). Vendors should additionally identify themselves as either a "small business" or an "other than small business" under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561730. The applicable Small Business Size Standard is 18 million. The base year contract period is expected to be approximately June 2016 to May 31, 2017. 2 Optional years contract period is expected to be approximately June 1st to May 31 for 2018 & 2019. NOTE 1: Effective August 1, 2012 any contractor to be awarded a government contract must be registered and active in System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors must register at www.sam.gov Note 2: Effective January 1, 2005, any contractor submitting a quotation, offer or proposal to the Government must complete their Representations and Certifications online. All the representations and certifications which used to be submitted within Section K are now located online.
