- Description
- NASA Kennedy Space Center (hereinafter NASA/KSC) is hereby soliciting information about potential sources for support services in various functional areas of NASA/KSC including but are not limited to clerical support, financial management support, personnel program activity, employee development and training, employee benefits, personnel action processing, procurement administration and analyst support, business systems support, public affairs publication creation, media services coordination, transcription and records management. The Contractor shall monitor the work activity and provide such oversight and supervision of its personnel as required to provide an acceptable level of administrative support for NASA KSC. The work requires a practical knowledge of specialized personnel methods, regulations, or principles to perform technical work typically transactional. No solicitation exists, therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released it will be synopsized in FedBizOpps and on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor these sites for the release of any solicitation or synopsis. Interested offerors/vendors having the required specialized capabilities to meet or exceed the above requirements should submit a capability statement of two pages or less indicating the ability to perform all aspects of the effort described herein. Responses must include the following: (1) Name and address of firm, (2) Point of contact (name, telephone number, and email address), (3) Average annual revenue for past 3 years and number of employees, (4) Whether the potential Offeror is a large, small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns business under this NAICS Code (5) Number of years in business, (6) Affiliate information: parent company, joint venture partners, potential teaming partners, (7) List a minimum of two customers covering the past five years (highlight relevant work performed, contract numbers, contract type, dollar value of each procurement, number of employees and customer point of contact, address, and phone number). Note: The Interested Vendors List will be made publically available Please advise if the requirement is considered to be a commercial or commercial-type product. A commercial item is defined in FAR 2.101. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for the information solicited. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. Respondents the Government deems fully qualified will be considered in any resultant solicitation to meet the requirement. The Government reserves the right to consider a small business or set-asides based on responses hereto. All responses/comments shall be submitted via electronic transmission to nancy.s.cuty@nasa.gov no later than 04/29/2016, please reference NNK16ZON01L in the subject line of the response. An ombudsman has been appointed --The Center Ombudsman can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments, if any.
