- Description
- The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden intends to competitively award a single, firm-fixed-price type contract for purchase and the on-call delivery of approximately 50,000 kilograms of propane gas and the purchase, delivery, and installation of 3 propane tanks - (2) 6,400 liter tanks and (1) 4,800 liter tank. On-call delivery of the propane gas will be made to the Wiesbaden and Mainz-Kastel areas. Delivery and installation of the three propane tanks will also be made in the Wiesbaden and Mainz-Kastel areas. All offers shall be in the English language and in EURO currency. It is anticipated that the new contract will be awarded by 1 July 2016, with a required delivery date no later than 1 August 2016. It is our intent to post the Solicitation for Propane and Propane Tanks on or about 6 May 2016 with a projected closing date of 10 June 2016. Award of a firm fixed price contract is contemplated. All interested parties may obtain a copy of the Request for Quotes (RFQ) by downloading it from the FedBizOpps (FBO) website www.fbo.gov. The solicitation and any amendments or announcements will be posted on the FBO website www.fbo.gov. Any amendments issued to the RFQ will also be available on the FBO website. NO HARD COPY DOCUMENTS WILL BE ISSUED. Award will be made to the responsible offeror that submits a technically acceptable offer and is the lowest price. This requirement will not be set-aside and will be procured using FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. All responsible sources are permitted to submit offers.
