The reason for the extension is to give the Government time to develop and publish answers to the questions that we have received from interested parties. Those answers are scheduled to be published and transmitted through a second amendment within the next seven days and a determination will be made at the time of publication as to whether not the Responses Due Date should be further adjusted..
