- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft (NAVAIR) Division Lakehurst, NJ on behalf of the NAVAIR KC-130J Support Equipment Program has a requirement for IDS Lift, Trailer Assembly for the KC-130J Harvest HAWK Plus as Support Equipment (P/N 200223645-11 & NIIN: 01-578-5630). This requirement is to be manufactured in accordance with the drawings package. This procurement does contain a drawings package. This requirement shall meet a set of minimum requirements per drawings. Due to items in the drawing package being export-controlled, all requests for the data shall be in writing and shall contain a certified copy of a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement. To obtain certification, please contact Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) in Battle Creek, MI at (800) 352-3572 or visit the Internet at http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp. The certified DD Form 2345 and your written request shall be sent to Mr. Charlie Gill, charles.gill1@navy.mil. Drawings will be provided to all potential vendors who provide a copy of their approved DD Form 2345 within the 30 day pre-solicitation period. The lift and trailer assembly (P/N 200223645-11 & NIIN: 01-578-5630) shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings package for this requirement. The Government intends to compete this requirement among total Small Businesses. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price contract. This acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332710 and the Size Standard is 500 employees. This notice is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation, nor will the Government be liable for any costs involved for submission of information in response to this notice. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror. Responses must be received within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
