Description

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Flathead Indian Irrigation Project intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part, 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items to Wright Company 141 N 1st Street, Roberts, MT 59070. Wright Company is the sole authorized dealer/distributor of the required supplies that meets Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Tribal land for use in treating weeds/algae in irrigation canals/ditches. The NAICS code is 325320. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a proposal/quote in response to this request and in accordance with the FAR Part 12. The Government will consider all responses received within 10 days of the publication of this notice. Delivery shall also include pick up of totes at the end of Irrigation Season, October 2016. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The following products with these specific specifications will be procured: 1)Natique Aquatic Herbicide, 9 Totes of 275 Gallons.
