Attachment J-8 (Corporate Capabilities - Revised) Attachment J-7 (Pricing - Revised) Attachment J-4 (Past Performance Questionnaire - Revised) RFP 12142015v1 Q&A as of 041816 This amendment provides clarifications/details/instructions for: Questions from Offerors; revised Attachments J-4 (Past Performance), J-7 (Pricing) and J-8 (Corporate Capabilities); and the removal of FAR Clause 52.211-1 Liquidated Damages -- Supplies, Services, or Research and Development (Sept 2000). In addition, the last date the government will accept Solicitation Questions is Friday, April 22, 2016 by 12 Noon (EST). The final Q&A document will post to www.fbo.gov Wednesday, April 27, 2016 by 5:00pm (EST). All proposals are due Monday, May 9, 2016.
