Description

This is a synopsis for commercial items with FAR13. 106-1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice; only written quotes are requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract. Contractor shall provide 4 night lodging (50 rooms) for the United States Marshals Service for the period of June 13th through 17th, 2016. This is a competitive quotation for lodging located only in the South Arlington (Crystal City) area of the state of Virginia. Lodging must be located within a half mile of the Crystal City WMATA Metro station. The contractor must also make available shuttle service to Reagan National Airport. The contractor shall provide all accommodations, personnel, supervision, and other items necessary to provide contracted services for the 4 nights requested above. The anticipated award will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. Award will be made to a single offeror. This is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. Telephone requests will not be honored.
