Description

Amendment 1 Replace Main Kitchen Air Handling Unit (AHU) Bldg 1. The purpose for this amendment is to change the following: 1.Section 1(a) From: VET-100 Report To: VETS-4212. 2.Section 5 A 1.0 From: 200 Days To: 200 calendar days. 3.Remove (6) Acceptability under other appropriate evaluation criteria, and renumbering of below selection criteria. (6) Reputation and standing of the firm and its principal officials with respect to professional performance, general management, and cooperativeness. (7) Record of significant claims against the firm because of improper or incomplete architectural and engineering services. (8) Specific experience and qualifications of personnel proposed for assignment to the project and their record of working together as a team.
