- This is an official notification that the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Services, Services Acquisition Branch intend to solicit and award a contract for Janitorial and Related Services at the Charles Evans Whittaker U.S. Courthouse, 400 E. 9 th Street, Kansas City, MO. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide janitorial and related services in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation at the U.S. Courthouse 400 E. 9 th Street, Kansas City, MO. The solicitation number is GS06P16GXD7001. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on the Federal Government Electronic Posting System, www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 05/02/2016. This solicitation will be set-aside exclusively for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Program. The NAICS code is 561720, and the size standard is $18 million. The FSC code is S201. Proposals will be due thirty-one (31) days after the solicitation is issued unless the date for receipt of proposals is extended by the Government. Contract award will be for a base year and four (4) one (1) year options with an anticipated start date of September 1, 2016. Please do not submit questions until the official RFP is posted to FBO on or about 05/02/2016.
