- The Black Hills National Forest intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract that includes removal, disposal, and replacement of existing roofing system on the Air Tanker Base tower and shop. Project is located in Pennington County, SD. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238160 with a size standard of $15.0 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Magnitude of contract is less than $25,000. Contract time is 30 calendar days. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. All responsible quoters will be considered for award. Contractors must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
