- For questions pertaining to this request, please submit all questions on the attached template for review by the Government. Please see attached RFQ This is a requirement for Military Working Dog (MWD) Trailers as indicate below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is # F2MTR16091AW02 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attachment for the RFQ. This purchase is a Small Buiness Setaside.
