- BPSD PWS The Defense Logistics Agency Energy, (DLA Energy-FEAGB) requests information concerning the availability of any and all capable contractors to conduct Professional Consulting Assistance Services for DLA Energy as described in the draft PWS, attached. DLA Energy-FEAGB encourages all interested companies to submit capabilities statements, not to exceed six pages. Questions, comments and suggestions are also being sought with no page limitation. Submit responses electronically to csteam@dla.mil by 12:00 PM, EDT on April 26, 2016.
