Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), William J. Hughes Technical Center is conducting a MARKET SURVEY to identify possible contractors to perform engine/fuels testing as specified in the attached information sheet. This is not a request for proposals, and the FAA will not be liable for any costs incurred with regard to responding to this market survey. Submissions are limited to a maximum of 5 pages and are due, with a completed Business Declaration, by 5 PM, local time on April 28, 2016. The FAA intends to rely on the results of this market survey to determine the level of competition for a potential upcoming requirement. No phone calls, please.
