Please be advised that this is not a solicitation for work, nor is it a request for proposal (Reference FAR, Subpart 7.3, Contractor versus Government Performance and OMB Circular A-76). Anticipated Contract: Fixed Price. Period of Performance (projected): Basic Period: 01 Oct 2016 - 31 Dec 2016 - 3 months Follow-on Year: 01 Jan 2017 - 31 Dec 2017 - 1 year Estimated Consumption: 01 Oct 2016 - 31 Dec 2016: 236,000 kWh 01 Jan 2017 - 31 Dec 2017: 2,000,000 kWh Place of Performance: ROB/Weilerbach Area, Germany Technical Description: The Technical Specifications, Attachment (Atch) 1 in English and German as well as the Overall Projection & Estimated Load Profiles (Atch 2) are enclosed to this market research.
