- CDRLS A001 thru A006 RFQ and Attachments 1 thru 4 This solicitation is for commercial services and is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is M68909-16-Q-7621. The RFQ and its attachments contained in this notice incorporate all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are currently in effect. The U.S. Marine Corps System Command, MCTSSA Contract Office, Camp Pendleton, CA issues this solicitation as a Total Set-Aside for Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541990 with size standard of $15.0 Million. There will be no site visit or pre-proposal conference. The contractor shall provide non-personal technical and project management support inclusive of multiple tasks as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Section C of the RFQ. The period of performance will be for a total of five (5) years with a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. Interested offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible Offeror who's Quotation, conforming to the solicitation; will be most advantageous to the Government utilizing Best Value. The resulting contract will be firm fixed price (FFP) contract. Incomplete quotes shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered or evaluated. Question Submission Deadline. Interested Offerors may submit questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible but no later than no later than 02:00 PM, Pacific Time, 25 April 2016 to enable the Government time to respond accordingly.
