- This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 20,370 rentable square feet yielding 17,894 useable square feet, 1 surface/outside parking space, reserved for the exclusive use of the Government. In addition to the 1 reserved official parking space, 90 parking spaces for Government visitors within 1/4 mile walking distance measured from the buildings main entrance. This procurement was a Fulll and Open Competition for a new lease for the United States Navy Clinic / Health Unit. The Lease has been awarded to M&A, a California Limited Partnership. Upon Government acceptance of space, Annual Rent shall be as follows: Firm Term (Years 1 - 5) $628,408,98 Non-Firm Term (Years 6 - 10) $655,218.00 Lease Term shall be 10 years, 5 years firm.
