Description

The purpose of this amendment is to answer a prospective offeror's follow-on question regarding the Government's previous response to Q1 as listed in Amendment 000002. As a result of this amendment the Response Due Date remains unchanged at 10:00 AM ET on 04/27/2016. An acknowledgement of this amendment must be included with the quote submittal. See Block 11 above. Do not submit quote through FedConnect. Q1A. Sir this response does not clarify my question at all, there is NO WAY to abate asbestos mastic /glue from wood which is porous. Are we to remove the wood with the asbestos mastic which might expose the girders or leave it in place as is after abating the floor tiles ? A1A. The answer is neither. Remove as much as possible and the Government is going to cover it..
