Negotiations will be conducted with Orbital ATK Launch Systems Inc., Magna, Utah 84044-0098. Orbital ATK is the only known source that has the facilities, equipment, and expertise in TRIDENT I and TRIDENT II necessary for the handling and disposal of these rocket motors.
