- This is a Market Survey, and for the informational and planning purposes of the FAA only. This is not to be construed as any type of RFO or RFQ, and no contract of any type will be awarded as a result of this survey. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor ™s expense. Excessively elaborate presentations are neither required nor desired. Interested firms are required to submit the attached Business Declaration form and a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. Email to: Darren.Odegard@faa.gov Subject line: DTFAWN-16-R-00092 Kodiak ATCT Due date is Friday April 29, 2016 by 4PM local Seattle time. In order to make this determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: 1. Capability Statement - This document should identify relevant projects of similar size and complexity for the last 3 years. 2. Business Declaration. Scope of Work This project is located at the Kodiak Airport Traffic Control Tower, Kodiak Alaska. Work includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: demolition of the entire existing radiant heating system, boiler, piping, electrical and wiring, and all controls and components. demolition of a portion of the building incoming water piping. demolition of specific parts of the sanitary system. demolition of the first floor mens restroom and boiler room common wall. demolition of the first floor womens restroom and all walls. demolition of the ceilings and wooden joists in the first floor boiler room and restrooms. furnish and install two oil fired water boilers. furnish and install two primary circulating pump (P-Series) panels. furnish and install six five zone circulating pump (D-Series) panels. furnish and install baseboard radiant heaters. furnish and install ceiling mounted radiant heaters. furnish and install Pex tubing. furnish and install all copper piping and devices shown on the drawings. furnish and install zone thermostats and wiring. furnish and install one 200 amp Square D power panel and circuit breakers. furnish and install conduit and electrical wiring. furnish and install radiant heating controls, as shown on the drawings. furnish and install controls conduit and wiring. furnish and install all domestic water piping and devices, as shown on the drawings. furnish and install one new janitors sink. perform testing and water balancing. provide start up for each boiler. provide start up for each P-series and D-series panel. provide new equipment one year labor and 5 year parts warranty for all items installed under this contract Project Eestimate is between $250 and $500K.
