Description
MARKET SURVEY CLOSES MAY 2, 2016. THIS IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) AcadeMy AMA-260 has a requirement for Parachute Rigger Certification (FAA28303) as ordered by the FAA and described in the Statement of Work. The FAA is contemplating a base plus two option year contract to fulfill this need. Estimated quantity is 24 students for the base year and 10 students each subsequent option year. Anticipated start date is June 1, 2016. HOW TO RESPOND TO THIS MARKET SURVEY: Interested contractors should submit the following information via email to the Contracting Officer at monica.price@faa.gov 1. COMPLETED BUSINESS DECLARATION FORM AND CAPABILITY STATEMENT Please identify: a) Type of services provided by your firm b) Number of years in business c) Geographic area where your company can provide services d) Experience in instructing Senior Parachute Rigger Certification (FAA28303) training course. e) Proposed location where training will be conducted. f) Existing acquisition vehicles. Identify if services are offered on established government acquisition vehicle (such as GSA). 2. OPTIONAL - GENERAL PRICING INFORMATION Include your commercial and/or publishing price lists or provide a rough order of magnitude for range of costs (example $$-$$$ per student). The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendors expense. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from large businesses, small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and 8(a) certified firms for ability to fulfill the statement of work requirements. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A PAGE LIMITATION OF FIVE (5) PAGES MAXIMUM PER RESPONSE TO THIS MARKET SURVEY. THIS IS ONLY A REQUEST FOR GENERAL INFORMATION. EXCESSIVE SUBMISSIONS ARE NOT DESIRED.
