- SF 1449 - Solicitation HEVAS6-16-T-0014 The Department of Defense Education Activity (DODEA)/Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award single award, firm-fixed-price purchase order using FAR Part 12 and Subpart 13.5 procedures, to provide Grounds Maintenance Services for DODEA/DDESS schools located at Fort Jackson Army Base, South Carolina. The resulting award will be for a service contract for a base period of twelve (12) months with four (4) one year options. The anticipated start date for the award is 1 June 2016. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730 - - Landscaping Services with a Standard Size of $7.5M. The associated Product Service Code (PSC) Code is S208 - Housekeeping- Landscaping/Groundskeeping. The submission due date and time for all offers is 20 May 2016, 2:00 PM (EST). A site visit will be conducted on 3 May 2016, 9:00 AM (EST). All inquiries must be submitted in writing via email to alicia.prince@am.dodea.edu no later than 11 May 2016 at 2:00 PM (EST).
