- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice Reverse Engineering of MH-53 Boards Defense Microelectronics Activity McClellan, CA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote, reference number HQ0727-16-T-0010. The government intends to issue a firm fixed-price delivery order. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87. Set Aside: This contract action is set aside 100% for Small Business. Only Small Businesses will be considered for award. The NAICS code is 541330 with a size standard of $38 million. Project Summary: See attached SOW and evalutation criteria (These will be incorporated as part of the contract.) Period of Performance: Work to be completed and required reports transmitted within 15 working days after receipt of boards. Acceptance: FOB Destination Evaluation criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Representations and Certifications: All prospective offerors are encouraged to register in the System for Award Management (SAM, www.SAM.gov). In order to be eligible for contract award, SAM registration is required. Due Date: Offers shall be submitted NLT 10:00AM Pacific Daylight Time, Monday 02-May-2016.
