The Government proposes to acquire, on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 60 each up to a maximum quantity of 180 each of a HOOK BLOCK ASSEMBLY, NSN: 3940-01-526-8746, Part Number: HK-121-2 applicable to the UH-60 BLACKHAWK (BE) weapon system. Forecasted/estimated quantities: Year 1: 60 each Year 2 thru 5: 30 each/per year Production Lead Time is 270 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002. This item is restricted to BREEZE-EASTERN CORPORATION (CAGE CODE: 08484). The data needed to acquire this part competitively in not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
