Description

ASIAN BIG HEAD CARP FOR SCIENTIFIC STUDY. THIS IS A SUPPLY CONTRACT FOR COMMERCIAL GOODS. U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS CHICAGO DISTRICT'S ASIAN (BIG HEAD) CARP FOR SCIENTIFIC STUDY This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. The Solicitation Number is W912P6-16-T-0018 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code for this requirement is 112511, with a size standard of $750K. COMPETITION FOR THIS ACQUISITION UNRESTRICTED AND IS FULL AND OPEN. AWARD: A firm-fixed-priced Commercial Items Contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible contractor submitting the lowest aggregate price for the items included in the RFQ Bid Schedule. Split or multiple awards will not result from this quote. Quotation Submission Instructions: In the case of a discrepancy between the dates published in this notice and those called out in the in the section marked "General Information", the dates in the body of the this notice override those published in the section marked "General Information". This is relative to the RFQ issuance date and the date due for quotations. Any amendments to this solicitation will be processed in the same manner as the Synopsis/Solicitation. All Quotes must clearly indicate the solicitation number and be sent to Wesley D. Dewar, Contracting Officer, and CC: Thomas J. Russell, Contract Specialist, by way of email to: Wesley.d.dewar@usace.army.mil, CC: thomas.j.russell@usace.army.mil. Any electronic files (EMAIL) of the quotes CANNOT EXCEED this Agency's size limit of 20MB (includes email and its attachment); files exceeding this size will be denied access to Thomas' email inbox. Ensure to include the following documents as part of your proposal submittal: 1. a fully completed Bid Schedule, and 2. Completed Representations and Certifications (FAR Clause 52.212-3) (unless entered in the System for Award Management). Offers may be submitted via email to Wesley D.
