- Amendment 1 of this RFI is issued to provide an updated RFI Survey Form dated April 22, 2016. The previous form contained redundant questions with a total of 34 questions. The revised survey form now contains 29 questions. The RFI survey form is required in response to this RFI. You are directed to use the Fed Connect link contained in this announcement to obtain the RFI Survey form. Sources Sought Market Survey for Oracle Federal Financial (OFF) Release 12 (R12) THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for technical capability and experience information utilizing a written narrative in accordance with the specified Technical Capability and Experience Narrative questions format (section V of Sources Sought Market Survey attachment) and a Technical Capability, Experience and Resource Market Research Survey Form (section VI of Sources Sought Market Survey attachment), does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this sources sought market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Marketing brochures and/or generic company literature will not be considered and should not be sent in response to this survey. Submission Requirements: 1.Complete specified Technical Capability and Experience Narrative questions format (section V of Sources Sought Market Survey attachment) - the response shall be submitted electronically and shall be submitted within the provided narrative format; Microsoft ® Word, 11pt font, Arial Narrow only. Paper copies will not be accepted. 2.Complete the Technical Capability, Experience and Resource Market Research Survey Form (section VI of Sources Sought Market Survey attachment) - the response shall be submitted electronically and shall be submitted within the provided table format; Microsoft ® Word, 11pt font, Arial Narrow only. Paper copies will not be accepted. All surveys and comments received in response to this sources sought market survey notice that are marked or designated as corporate or proprietary information will be fully protected. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and in accordance with the section V narrative questions format and Section VI Technical Capability, Experience and Resource Market Research Survey Form provided to allow the Government to review the organization ¿s qualifications to perform the work. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. No classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non ¿proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s). Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
