Description

The F-35 "Lightning II" Joint Program Office (JPO) intends to issue an order under Basic Agreement N00019-14-G-0020 on a sole source basis to Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, Fort Worth, TX for several F-35 Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM). The TIMs are to provide background knowledge of F-35 Mission Data File (MDF) environment to be considered when building and testing MDF sets in reprogramming laboratories. The TIMs are to focus on Block 3F technology and include, but are not limited to, discussions on dependencies such as government source data and mission data development tools. The proposed order is anticipated to be awarded in May 2016 at an estimated value of $375,000. This notice of intent is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete these proposed contract actions based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
