Description

NOPCA/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA)/SOURCES SOUGHT. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division Contracting Branch, (AFLCMC/HNCK), Joint Base San Antonio Lackland intends to award, on a sole source basis, a Fixed Price Purchase Order for the repair services for the IBR-R2 (Tactical Receiver Radio, MSN: 5820-01-616-4731CA and P/N: 3228-0001-03-1B) and the JTT-1BX (Tactical Receiver Transmitter Radio, MSN: 5820-01-611-5864CA and P/N: 3014-0001-03-02), to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), DRS Technologies (DRS ICAS, LLC), 2601 Mission Point Blvd, Suite 250, Beavercreek, OH 45431, Cage Code: 0CDN3. The proposed contract action is for the repair of these assets for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source. The Government intends to make an award by June 2016. No technical data/drawings/Technical Orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirements, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within seven (7) days of this publication. Interested firms must indicate whether they are large, small, any socio-economic classifications, and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned.
