The Incinerator will be used for burning personnel and medical waste aboard a Forward Operating Location in Kenya, Africa. Applicable NAICS Code 236210 Industrial Building Construction, Incinerator, mass burn type, construction. Responses to this notice shall be submitted in writing electronically and must be received no later than 2pm EST, Tuesday 2 May 2016. No telephone inquiries shall be accepted or returned. The specifications for the incinerator and subsequent anticipated labor is attached. Please send all responses directly to jessycca.e.mckellop.mil@mail.mil The purpose of this RFI is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their ability to timely provide all materials and labor to install an incinerator at Camp Simba, Manda Bay, Kenya. Responses to this RFI will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses should include: company name, service capability statement, examples of similar facilities to which same or similar services were provided; DUNS number, including address, point of contact, and the size of the business. Potential sources should validate current concepts in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) on terms of realism and determine any problems or concerns in shipment and installation in the austere environment found in Kenya.
