Description
PWS Local Information This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-16-Q-0247 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87, Defense Circular Number 20160325, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2015-1001. This procurement is being issues as open market. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001 - 1 Lot - Requesting a training facility rental and assembly, packing, and/or re-packing of RA-1 parachutes from 01 May 16 thru 27 May 16 IAW the attached PWS. Provision 52.204-7, System for Award Management Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror -- Commercial applies to this acquisition. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Quotes will be evaluated on lowest price that meets the minimum requirement stated in CLIN 0001. The prime contractor is required to report 1) First-tier subcontract awards valued at $25,000 and 2) the names and total compensation of each of the five most highly compensated executives for both the prime and their first tier subcontractors. The FSRS website can be found at www.FSRS.gov. The Contracting Officer is responsible to "review" the information provided in FSRS. The prime contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer after submission of the report via email at matthew.zavala@us.af.mil.
