Description

Under Statutory Authority  § 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) the VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with the University of Wisconsin Research Animal Resources Center for housing and care services for research animals. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This will be a firm fixed price contract for one base year and one option year to be exercised at the Government's discretion. The NAICS Code is 541712. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored.
