Combined Synopsis-Solicitation- Cancellation Notice VA247-16-Q-0476 - Sterile Custom Packs This notice is to cancel solicitation number VA247-16-Q-0476 submitted on April 21, 2016 for Sterile Custom Packs for the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center. This cancellation will allow the time needed to conduct reviews for the Non-Manufacturer waiver review process. The process will be conducted through the U.S. Small Business Administration.
