- In addition to the questions posed in Section II of the attached Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI), TSA requests responses to the below supplemental questions. Please note that the response due date has not changed. 8. What is your company's depth of technical expertise/experience with application development involving support that includes identity verification or identify matching? We want to understand the broad range of your capabilities in this area. Have you performed these services previously? If so, for whom? 9. The majority of TSA's current environment use the applications/tools identified on page C-17 of the Draft SOO. Specifically, what is your company's experience in providing support to support legacy system application development while moving forward to agile and other newer applications? What is your company's experience in software development using the applications/tools identified? 10. What is your company's depth of expertise in providing skilled personnel who are able to develop software to support our current application environment, as well as any other applications/tools that are not in the current environment? How will your company be able to support development cycles in a dynamic environment with changing priorities? What is your experience in doing this in an "agile" environment? 11. What is your company's experience in working in environments that contain classified information, PII or other sensitive information? 12. What is your company's experience in working in an agile environment? What is your company's experience in helping transition government agencies from traditional application development environments to other forms of application development? 13. TSA is looking to transition to an "agile" development environment in the near future. Currently, TSA uses a waterfall methodology as its application development process. How would your company manage for success given this potential operational constraint? 14. TSA would like to shorten its transition and knowledge transfer time to better position it to be successful. What has been your experience working in an environment with this perceived operational challenge? How did you handle providing knowledgeable cleared personnel in an agile environment? How would you respond to this operational problem/constraint?
