Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for Manhole Cover Replacement located in Atlantic City, NJ. The FAA intends to award a firm fixed price contract as result of this effort. This procurement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns and offers will be considered under full and open competition among the qualified offerors. A site visit has been scheduled for May 4, 2016 at 1:00 pm. The Point of Contact is Howard Trevor, he can be reached at (609)677-9614 (office) or (609)203-9466 (cell). Please call before you arrive at the front gate. Attached is a copy of the map were meeting will be held. I was informed that if you put google map number in it will give the direction where the meeting will be held. When responding to this Screening Information Request/Request for Offer, each offeror is to submit all the required documents in accordance with the provisions in Section L and M entitled, Required Documents" pages 27 through 31. All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR documents. If downloading is not possible, all request for copies of the SIR documents must be made in writing to the attention of Canettra Petty, Contract Specialist, vis e-mail at Canettra.ctr.Petty@faa.gov The deadline for submittals is May 20, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. EST.
