Description

CALIBRATION CERTIFICATE COMMERCIAL OFF-THE-SHELF (COTS) MANUALS AND ASSOCIATED CDRL T001 Technical Manual CDRL A001 Calibration Certificate VNA Salient Characteristics V1-7 N68335-16-R-0151 RFP VNA The Naval Air Warfare Command, Aircraft Division has a requirement for Vector Network Analyzers (VNA) and Calibration Kits that will be acquired to support the Department of the Navy Metrology and Calibration Program. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is posted to advertise the Release of N68335-16-R-0151, a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a 5-Year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for the acquisition of up to 192 VNAs and 231 Calibration Kits. This is a commercial acquisition governed by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The RFP document, Statement of Work, and VNA Salient Characteristics V1-7 are attached to this announcement. The Navy requirement will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. It is the Offeror's responsibility to ensure their proposal meets all of the requirements in the SOW and Salient Characteristics documents to be considered for award. The Terms and conditions for the resultant contract are included in the RFP document. The solicitation will be open for 30 days on Federal Business Opportunities. The deadline for asking questions regarding this RFP is 16 May 2016. All answers to questions will be posted to FBO prior to 19 May 2016. After 16 May 2016, it will be the Government's discretion regarding answering questions and if a delay for closing the RFP will be granted in this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation advertisement.
