- PR 0063226617, NSN 1650-01-047-1341, Woodward HRT, Inc., Cage 81873 with P/N 41002431 or Thomas Instrument, Inc., Cage 5H860 with P/N 41002431. Piston, Linear Actuator. This solicitation will request a firm fixed price for a quantity of 177 each. Requested terms will be FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, and delivery of 180 days ARO. This item is a Navy Critical Safety Item. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. RFP on the issue date cited in the solicitation. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. The issue date is on or around 05/10/2016 and the closing date is on or around 06/10/2016. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award.
