- Description
- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking between 3,000 - 4,200 (or any combination of 500, 1,000, 1,200, or 1,400 sf) gross square feet of existing Class A or B retail space in Kaneohe, Hawaii, and surrounding areas as depicted in the attached delineated area. The lease term requirement is for an initial term of five years. The space must be available for occupancy by 31 December 2016. Other applicable requirements include the following features: - Proximity to public transportation - Between 8 and 10 designated or open parking spaces (structured or surface) for official Government vehicles - Building specifications in compliance with all federal, state, and local ordinances - Security standards in compliance with the Interagency Security Committee's Risk Management Process for Federal Facilities Interested parties should send expressions of interest to: Sarah J. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. - Date of space availability - Building ownership information - Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). - Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building - List of building services provided Note that this is a request for information only, not a solicitation for offers.
