Description

On April 20, 2016, AT&T Corp., 7125 Columbia Gateway, Columbia, Maryland 21046-2552, w a s a w ar d e d a non-competitive, firm fi xe d pri ce (FFP) c ontra c t f or the Northstar Long-Haul Telecommunications Network and associated transmission circuits for an Ultra-High Frequency/Line of Sight (UHF/LOS) communications system network. The requirement provides analog and digital air-to-ground/ground-to-air communications connectivity to include digital, voice, video, and data services to suitably equipped aircraft with a minimum of 95 percent coverage of the Continental United States (CONUS). Performance will be at various sites geographically dispersed across the continental United States (CONUS). The award was for the base year amount of $15,212,144.04 [life cycle $ 74,600,000.04].
