- Solicitation Update The United States Army Contracting Command- Warren (ACC-WRN) has an URGENT requirement to purchase the following non-commercial items. Items: 464 EA Mine Roller systems, 300 EA Interface Brackets, 1EA spare parts package covering 2 years, commercial manuals, and contractor provided Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) operator and maintenance training. This RFP will be solicited as an URGENT requirement, one-time buy with no option periods on a Full and Open competitive basis.
