- Fuel Requirements Contract for Mount Rushmore National Memorial This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is P16PS00830. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87. This acquisition is being solicited using full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 324110, Petroleum Refineries. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose conforming offer is in the best interest of the Government. Multiple awards may be made. The procedures set forth in FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, are being used. All vendors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM), (http://www.sam.gov) to include updated Online Representations and Certifications Associated with current SAM record. Unless amendments are issued extending the solicitation, the offers are due by 5:00 PM, Mountain Time (MT), May 9, 2016. The award and effective dates may be different as circumstances dictate. The dates stated in FAR clauses 52.216-18 and 52.216-22 will be adjusted accordingly. Requirements: The requirement is to provide fuel products Mount Rushmore National Memorial, Keystone, South Dakota. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Requirements Contract vehicle. The government will issue delivery orders for individual requirements. The term of the contract will be 1 base year and includes 4 option years. The contract maximum amount is $100,000.00.
