- Draft Statement of Work amended/revised as of 4-26-2016 The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Headquarters, Station Place, Washington, DC, is seeking feedback on its draft, amended Statement of Work (original was posted via Sources Sought Notice 24000-16-8138) for the Office of the Investor Advocate (OIAD) online survey requirement and is soliciting feedback on the Government's acquisition strategy for a future solicitation. The Government anticipates the award of Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts as an option. The Government is seeking information/feedback from Industry on the following: 1). A draft amended Statement of Work is attached to enhance industry's understanding of the requirement and to allow industry vendors to submit questions as part of their response to this RFI. The Government will attempt to address questions by posting an amendment to this RFI within 30 days after the closing date of this RFI. It is the vendors' responsibility to monitor FBO for updates. Please submit questions related to clarity, intention and execution of the proposed program. 2). The feasibility of the technical requirements 3). The grouping of the tasks 4). General suggestions or observations 5). Recommendations for acquisition strategy and contracting options which are best suited for this type of acquisition 6). Identification of the type of information needed by Contractors to respond to a future Government Request for Proposal. 7). Anticipated contract type 8). Recommended evaluation criteria 9). Commercial nature of the requirement 10). Contemplated terms and conditions of the resultant contract 11). Acquisition planning schedule 12). Small business set-aside and the ability to perform within the Limitations on Subcontracting at FAR 52.219-14 13). Ability to procure services via Federal Supply Schedules or other available Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs)
