- Description
- Amendment #1 The reason for this amendment is to clarify that the layout drawing of the garden is provided for informational purposes only. The detail shown on the drawing for the butterfly garden was created as part of the initial design conceptualization and is NOT an accurate reflection of the work to be performed. The patio to be laid in the butterfly garden is a 12' diameter standard paver circle as specified in the scope of work. The only path indicated on the drawing leading into and out of the butterfly garden is to be excavated and edged in accordance with section 6(D) of the scope of work. The path to be laid in accordance with section 6(D) of the contract includes the non-shaded path running from the "T" juncture leaving the building and headed to the left and around the outside edge of the "CSA Garden" and meeting up with the shaded path just above the butterfly garden as marked on the drawing. The estimated length of pathway as indicated in the scope reflects both the shaded and non-shaded paths shown on the drawing. Cross Lake Recreation Area 1.
