Attachment 5 - Bid Bond form Attachment 4 - Wage Rate Attachment 3 - Fire Plan Attachment 2 - Project Location Map Attachment 1 - Specifications RFP - Los Prietos Building Demolition The bid due date has been changed to May 26, 2016 by 1:00 pm This project consists of the demolition and removal of two structures: Building 415, Engine 42 Station and Building 421, Hazmat Locker. The structures are located adjacent to the Los Prietos Ranger Station in Santa Barbara County on the Los Padres National Forest. It is the intent to remove these two structures along with associated asbestos containing materials, lead based paint materials, or any other hazardous materials contained within or on the structures. The government estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. Complete specifications and drawings are available for download at www.fbo.gov. A site visit has been tentatively scheduled for May 5, 2016 at 9:00 am. Details in Section L.
