Description

THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. No Solicitation is currently available. Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to perform the requirements of "Project #662-12-112 Renovate Outpatient Pharmacy". The Contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment and tools, specialty services, and supervision to complete all work according to drawings, specifications, and any supplemental exhibits. Any and all exhibits are shown to indicate type and quality of installed items, and does not restrict selection of manufacturers except as to the material specifications necessary to achieve intended product use for the space listed. Work Included: This project will to construct and renovate approximately 7,900 SF of the existing Outpatient Pharmacy space at the Veteran Affairs Medical Center, San Francisco in order to provide for updated space and increased efficient workflow and staff. Current space of the Outpatient Pharmacy area includes dispensing pharmacy with security vault, a patient waiting area, administrative offices, an employee break room, a restroom, and a conference room/classroom. Please refer to design package listed under project number for contract compliance of new space. The extent of this project will involve moving all of the current Pharmacy staff out of the current space on Ground Floor of Building 200 into swing space temporarily during the course of construction, such that the full space will be available for construction without occupancy during that time. The Contractor shall furnish any and all materials, labor, equipment, and furnishings in order to provide a complete and functional space for the Pharmacy to operate out of while the existing space is being renovated.
