- Draft PWS Banner Shoot Banner Shoot Target and Airspace Sources Sought Notice USAFE-UK/A3 has a requirement to obtain Banner shoot training in UK Airspace. The Banner Shoot Target and Airspace shall comply with the current editions of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Air Force Operational and Safety Administration (AFOSH), Military Handbook (MIL-HDBK), National Protection Association (NFPA) and any government-published safety related requirements and regulations not mentioned above to include obtaining all required permits, certificates, and any other neccesary documents. The Banner Shoot Target and Airspace shall be produced for training for all USAF aircraft to practice aerial gunnery against a moving target. This announcement is part of market research only. It is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ), or an Invitation for Bids (IFB), nor does it commit the Government to issue such a request or invitation. This sources sought is strictly voluntary and the Government will not provide any reimbursement or otherwise pay for information/presentations associated with this sources sought. All responses must include, at a minimum, the following information: a. Company's full name, address, telephone, point of contact with email address, and Federal Tax Identification number b. Company's Duns Number and Cage Code for proof of System for Award Management (SAM) ( www.sam.gov ) c. Vendor Information Sheet d. Contractor shall submit approximate delivery days ARO (After Receipt of Order) to receive items See attachment 1 for the salient characteristics
